I recently had the chance to join an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Hackathon, a day focused on innovation, collaboration, and clarity. It was an excellent opportunity to present a new component we’re building into GOVAI, the government AI platform, which is designed to transform how public sector employees access and share knowledge.
Instead of static documents that get lost in inboxes, we envision living, dynamic knowledge capsules. Imagine a system where:
- A CISO publishes up-to-date security guidelines into a central capsule.
- Employees across the organization can query the capsule directly through a central chatbot.
This approach ensures that critical knowledge remains accessible, updated, and actionable.
What stood out most for me was the process of working with AWS experts to sharpen the product's message, cutting out the noise to leave only what matters. At the end of the day, successful adoption depends on the answers to two simple questions: Does the organization understand and want this capability? And is it ready to invest in making it real?
This experience was a powerful exercise in delivering complex messages with clarity, and it was simply fun to be part of such an energetic environment. I'm grateful to Amazon Web Services and Yariv Haelyon for the initiative.
