I recently had the privilege of speaking with the Product Management Guild at the Israel National Digital Agency about a topic I'm passionate about: how Generative AI is reshaping the way we think, design, and develop products, and even redefining the entire user journey.
These are the professionals shaping the digital interfaces and services that millions of citizens interact with daily. Their strategic role within the national digital infrastructure means their decisions ripple across ministries and public services, making their perspective absolutely critical.
If we want our public digital services to be more adaptive, personalized, and future-ready, then product thinking must evolve alongside AI capabilities. This is a crucial shift away from simply building features and toward architecting a new kind of digital ecosystem.
We are preparing for a near future where systems talk to each other, and products become more focused in their purpose yet increasingly general in their capability. It was an honor to discuss this transformation with the team, and I thank Yael Barel for the invitation.
