However, ambition alone isn't enough. As leaders, our role isn't just to set a high bar, but to ensure our entire team can clear it. Like a wolf pack that ensures no one is left behind, we must actively support team members who may not be early adopters. This means providing clear guidance, accessible resources, and a culture where it's safe to learn and adapt. Great teams succeed together.
This supportive, holistic approach to AI adoption is exactly what I dream of for the public sector in Israel. It’s a vision of not just implementing technology, but empowering the people who power our public institutions.
